House Rules
Dear Guests,
Our holiday apartment / holiday home is meant to be your second home.
We want you to feel comfortable and be able to relax. We have put a lot of care into furnishing the accommodation and hope that you will find everything you need.
The following house rules are intended to help ensure a pleasant and smooth stay. We have also listed a few rules for which we kindly ask for your understanding. By treating the apartment with care, you help us continue to offer a beautiful accommodation to you and future guests.
General
If you are missing anything or need help, please feel free to contact us.
All items in the holiday apartment / holiday home, as well as on the property or terrace, may and should be used. Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care. Also make sure that your fellow travelers follow the house rules.
Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical appliances with care.
Dishes, cutlery, pots, etc. must be cleaned after use and returned dry to the cupboards. Please place hot pots and pans on tables or work surfaces only with trivets. Please cut only on a cutting board. We kindly ask you to leave the oven and microwave clean.
Damages
Of course, something may occasionally break — please inform us immediately so that we do not discover the damage only after your departure.
The tenant is liable for damages in the amount of the replacement costs.
Ventilation
To prevent mold growth, please ventilate the rooms regularly — ideally 5–10 minutes daily, especially after showering.
Duty of Care
Please treat the rental property with care.
The front door must generally be kept closed and locked when leaving. All windows must also be closed when you are absent. Please also use electricity and water sparingly.
Waste Disposal
Please separate waste into:
- residual waste
- paper
- glass
- packaging with the Green Dot
Please use trash bags in all bins.
Do not throw food leftovers, hygiene products, or waste into the toilet, shower, or sink!
Cleaning
If something gets dirty or is spilled, please clean it immediately.
Upon departure, please leave the accommodation swept clean and return used dishes clean to their place.
Quiet Hours
Please observe the quiet hours:
- midday rest: 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- night rest: 9:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m.
- Sunday: all day
Internet / WiFi
WiFi is available free of charge. The access code will be provided upon arrival.
Use is at your own risk. The WiFi usage rules must be observed — a signature is required as confirmation.
Smoking
Smoking inside the apartment is not allowed — not even at the window or in the bathroom.
In case of violation, a cleaning fee of €500 will be charged.
Please smoke only outside and dispose of cold cigarette butts in the trash.
Pets
Bringing pets is not allowed.
Parking
Parking spaces are available, but without liability.
No safekeeping contract is established.
Right of Entry
In urgent cases (e.g. repairs), the landlord may enter the apartment, even without prior notice.
Keys
Do not hand over the keys to third parties.
In case of loss, you are liable for the replacement costs.
Liability
The landlord is not liable for guests’ valuables.
Arrival and Departure
Arrival by arrangement.
On the day of departure, please check out no later than 11:00 a.m.
Please leave the apartment in its original condition.
By making a booking, you accept these house rules.
